Klyrix Ledger ("we", "us") takes the privacy of every business that puts their books in our hands seriously. This page outlines what data we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it.
Data we collect
Account-level: name, email, locale, and authentication tokens. Tenant-level: company, customers, invoices, ledger entries, payroll, and any document you upload — all isolated per company via row-level security.
How we use it
Strictly to provide the service you signed up for: rendering reports, sending transactional emails, generating tax filings, and running scheduled compliance jobs. We do not sell, rent, or share tenant data with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Active tenants retain data indefinitely. Cancelled tenants enter a 90-day grace window during which the data can be restored; after that all rows are permanently deleted, with audit-log entries kept for 7 years where regulation requires.
