Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Klyrix Ledger. By creating an account you agree to be bound by them.

Service

Klyrix Ledger is a multi-tenant accounting and compliance platform. We provide the software, hosting, and country-pack-aware tax engines. You provide accurate data and remain responsible for the legal correctness of every filing produced on your behalf.

Payment

Subscription is billed monthly at USD 999 per active company. Payment is due in advance; non-payment after a 14-day grace window suspends the workspace until balance is settled.

Liability

Klyrix Ledger is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular tax outcome. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes

Material changes to these Terms are emailed to every tenant owner at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
